The same thing kept happening, including to us
Somebody makes something genuinely useful with an AI tool. It works. Everyone is impressed for about a week. Three weeks later it is gone, and not because it was bad. It just had nowhere to live: no shared data underneath it, no record of what it did, nobody else able to run it.
We had built the same client systems over and over at Spiral Scout, and we were doing the same thing to ourselves. So we built the place those things go instead. We run our own sales and delivery on it, which is why the awkward parts get fixed. They annoy us first.
If you install it and something is wrong, write to us. You will get a reply from a person who can change the software, not a ticket number.
